And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kvam will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Kvam looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Kvam blocks a head kick by Nilsson.
Nilsson throws a sloppy head kick and Kvam moves out of range easily.
Kvam tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Nilsson swivels and escapes.
Horrible takedown by Kvam or perhaps it was just good defense by Nilsson which made him look bad.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kristoffer Kvam. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Nilsson clinches up against the ropes.

Nilsson pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Kvam throws a sloppy head kick
and Nilsson counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.

Nilsson throws a head kick but Kvam moves out of range.

Nilsson pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Oh Kvam is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Nilsson throws a sloppy head kick and Kvam moves out of range easily.
Kvam seems to have got his legs back now.

Nilsson tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Anders Nilsson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Nilsson throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Kvam's head.
Nilsson throws a head kick but Kvam moves out of range.
Nilsson throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Nilsson goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
Nilsson throws a nice inside leg kick.
Nilsson connects with a jab and follows up with a big overhand right! Oh that's hurt Kvam! He's out on his feet! Nilsson rushes in and drops Kvam with another big right hand, forcing the referee to stop the fight!
