The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice shot by Fuego.
Uaz shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Fuego as he avoids it easily.
Uaz tries for a takedown but Fuego sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Fuego sizes up Uaz with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
A nice inside leg kick there by Uaz. That's going to slow Fuego down.
Fuego moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.

Fuego fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Uaz looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

Fuego's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and Fuego duly obliges.

Uaz tries for a takedown but Fuego manages to get underhooks.

Uaz takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

and Fuego counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Oh Uaz is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Fuego takes the fight into the clinch.
Fuego breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Uaz seems to have got his legs back now.
Fuego shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Uaz can't escape the position.
Fuego looking to control but Uaz is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Uaz has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Fuego tries to control but Uaz wriggling away.
Uaz tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Uaz tries to lock up and control but Fuego gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Uaz is desperately trying to improve his position but Fuego has a good base and remains in mount.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Dante Fuego dominated that round.
That's time! Back to the action!
Fuego will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Uaz tries to clinch up
and Fuego counters with a straight right hand.
A head kick misses from Fuego.
Uaz will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Uaz doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Fuego counters with a head kick. That will keep Uaz thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!
Fuego Rushes Uaz and starts throwing punches like they are going out of style! Uaz is up against the cage and has nowhere to go. Fuego Piles on the pressure and Uaz crumples to the floor! This one is all over!
