The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, William Gold and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hofman tries to bum rush Rich with a series of wild strikes but Rich uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Rich throws a counter high kick but Hofman was just alert enough to avoid it.
Oooooh!!! Hofman has knocked Rich down with a huge combo! Hofman steps away and waves a wobbly Rich back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Rich is rocked!
It looks like Rodrick Rich has been cut.
Rich drops his hands for a split second and Hofman immediately capitalizes on the opportunity by smashing a powerful hook into Rich face, sending his mouthguard sailing through the air, much to the delight of the crowd. Hofman follows up with a right hand that knocks Rich into next week. He's out cold and this fight is over!
