The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Williams needs to keep his hands up - Brudzinski had a free shot at his head there.

Williams feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Brudzinski is scooting his butt against the cage and has managed to get back to his feet. Williams presses him back against the cage, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat.
Williams jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Brudzinski walks away with a smile on his face. Williams gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Williams misses with a body shot.
Williams fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Brudzinski avoids it really well and circles away.
Brudzinski tries to counter with a takedown but Williams is quick to defend against it.
Brudzinski drops Williams with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Williams! Brudzinski dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
