Meat has chosen Drowning Pool - Bodies as his entrance music. Fresh Meat will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Meat tries to bum rush Dawson with a series of wild strikes but Dawson uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Dawson dodges the punch combination from Meat.
Meat throws a jab but it's blocked by Dawson.
Meat misses with a series of wild punches.
Meat tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Dawson was well out of range. Poor timing from Meat.
Dawson tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Meat defends well and Dawson ends up having to push Meat into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Meat with the counter takedown but Dawson avoids it easily.
Meat lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.

It looks like Gustavo Dawson has been cut.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Both fighters circle each other, looking for something big. Meat moves in and throws an overhand right. That hurt Dawson! Meat continues to tee off on Dawson, landing with a left and a right! Meat connects with a right hand that leaves Dawson sleeping against the cage! What a finish by Meat!
