Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva fails with an attempt to clinch.
buck throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Silva.
buck throws a series of punches but Silva moves out of range.
buck misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

No joy there for buck, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

buck drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.

Silva shoots for a takedown but buck saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

buck throws a nice looking combination but Silva bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
buck goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.

Silva scores with a jab. buck acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
buck looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Silva checks a low kick from buck.
buck steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Silva.
buck scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Silva takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.

Silva shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has buck pinned against the cage. buck gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
chris buck seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Silva shoots in for a double leg but buck sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Silva rushes buck and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
