Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between John Doe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nonito Medeiros (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Doe has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. John Doe had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 267.1lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. John Doe has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

We've been hearing good reports from Doe's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.
Medeiros really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Doe. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
