The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mc Donnagh closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Mc Donnagh moves out of range of the body kick from Horse.
It looked like Mc Donnagh was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.

Mc Donnagh throws a left that rocks Horse and follows with a right that sends him tumbling to the canvas! Mc Donnagh dives into side control, looking to finish! Can Horse regain composure!

It looks like Crazy Horse has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Mc Donnagh tries to advance to mount but can't.

Horse is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Mc Donnagh doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Horse.

Horse is taking a breather. Mc Donnagh says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Mc Donnagh slaps away a takedown attempt from Horse, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Horse takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Mc Donnagh throws a series of punches but Horse moves out of range.
Horse slips a jab and a cross from Mc Donnagh.
Horse throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
Horse shoots in looking for a takedown. Mc Donnagh tries to sprawl out of it but Horse keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Mc Donnagh manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Mc Donnagh throws a nice looking combination but Horse bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Horse shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Mc Donnagh as he avoids it easily.

Mc Donnagh tries to bum rush Horse with a series of wild strikes but Horse uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Horse lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.
Mc Donnagh cracks Horse with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

Johnny Mc Donnagh has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Crazy Horse.
