Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Dirk Anderson, David Hoff and Sandra Marshall.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Oliveira avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
Corinthos shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Oliveira eats them both and turns towards Corinthos to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Oliveira thows a leg kick but Corinthos checks it
and Corinthos counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Corinthos swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Corinthos works Oliveira's body with a nice hook.
Oliveira takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Corinthos avoids the head kick by Oliveira.
Oliveira checks the leg kick nicely there.
Corinthos sizes up Oliveira with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Corinthos scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Oliveira doesn't seem bothered though.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Left hook, right uppercut from Corinthos.
Corinthos scores with a kick to the midsection.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Oliveira crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Corinthos - the referee stops the clock and Oliveira gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Corinthos. Oliveira manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
The crowd cheers as Corinthos lands an impressive looking overhand right. Oliveira doesn't seem phased though.
Corinthos drives through and clinches with Oliveira against the cage.
That's one minute gone in the round.
A nice left hand lands by Corinthos.
Oliveira is rocked!
Corinthos stalling in the clinch.
Corinthos manages to break the clinch.
Left hook, right uppercut from Corinthos.
Oliveira is still on wobbly legs! Can Corinthos finish him?
Corinthos measures up his opponent and throws a superman punch that connects to the jaw! Down goes Oliveira! The ref steps in, and that's the ball game folks!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:23 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Superman Punch). Sonny Corinthos!
After the fight, Sonny Corinthos was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
