Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Adam Deltoni (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Malakai Rex (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, John Kavanagh and Bruno Lombardi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Deltoni uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Rex.
Rex lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Rex misses with a two punch combination.
Deltoni appears to be looking for a big counter.
Deltoni drives through and clinches with Rex against the cage.
Deltoni on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Deltoni jumps guard and drags Rex to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
Rex decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Deltoni, up you get!
Rex connects with a leg kick. Deltoni looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Rex looks to land a body kick but Deltoni moved away.
Rex lands with a cross.
It looks like Adam Deltoni has been cut.
Malakai Rex seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Deltoni darts in looking for a takedown but Rex gets double underhooks and turns Deltoni into the cage.
Rex tries to land a front kick but Deltoni steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.

Rex lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Rex.
Rex throws a hook but Deltoni blocks it.
Deltoni fails to land the takedown.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Adam Deltoni. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Rex scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Thud! ouch! good body kick from Rex - that will leave a mark!
Deltoni shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Rex but Rex pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Deltoni is breathing heavily.
Deltoni avoids a punch combination nicely.
Deltoni could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Rex connects with an inside leg kick.
Deltoni tries to clinch but Rex moves out of range.

A jab from Rex misses.
Deltoni feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Rex throws a head kick that half lands.

Deltoni dives in and grabs Rex's left leg, looking for a takedown. Rex pushes down on Deltoni's head and hops out.
Rex steps in looking to counter with the mid kick but it doesn't connect.
Rex sizes up Deltoni with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.

Rex cracks the inside of Deltoni's front leg.
Malakai Rex is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Rex feints and then cracks Deltoni's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Deltoni down.

Rex lands a nice leg kick that just misses Deltoni's sensitive parts.
Deltoni blocks a head kick by Rex.
Rex misses with a series of wild punches.
Rex throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Deltoni's head.
Adam Deltoni's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Deltoni tries to clinch up.
Rex throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Rex throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Rex gets caught napping as Deltoni dives in and scores a takedown. Rex manages to retain guard.
Deltoni stops Rex from standing up.
Rex is looking to stand back up but Deltoni counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Rex.
Deltoni decides to stand and escape the position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Malakai Rex dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Adam Deltoni's cut.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Rex throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
Rex throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Deltoni.
Deltoni is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Deltoni.
Deltoni lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Rex circles away quickly and effectively.
Rex throws a front kick that sends Deltoni stumbling back into the cage.
Rex throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Deltoni.
Deltoni throws a quick counter kick to the body but Rex avoids it.
Deltoni doesn't manage to clinch there - Rex circles away.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Deltoni moves in looking to clinch but Rex pushes him off.
