With a record of 18 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Rupert Ritzik!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Don Winkell and Jack Bonds.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Carlton misses with a straight left.
Carlton scores with a hook to the body. Ritzik takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Carlton looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Rupert Ritzik seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Carlton throws a right hand that Ritzik ducks under and follows up with a left that Ritzik also avoids with ease.
Carlton looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Ritzik looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Carlton on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Carlton misses with a two punch combination.
Ritzik uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Carlton.
Ritzik walks forward, straight into a front kick from Carlton.
Carlton throws a wild body kick that Ritzik sees coming a mile off.
Ritzik scores with a body shot.
Ritzik works Carlton's body with a nice hook.
Ritzik misses with an uppercut
and Carlton counters with a lovely straight right hand!


It looks like Rupert Ritzik has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Ritzik throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Ritzik connects with a body shot.
Carlton displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.
A solid leg kick lands there for Ritzik.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Carlton keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Carlton misses with a leg kick.
Carlton fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Ritzik is looking to land body kicks.
Carlton takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Carlton stuns Ritzik with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Crunch! Carlton slams his shin into Ritzik's torso.
Carlton lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
A solid body kick from Ritzik.
Carlton stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Ritzik.
Nice shot lands for Ritzik.
Ritzik is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Carlton rather than just go for the knockout.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
A low kick from Ritzik is predictable there
and Carlton counters with a solid body kick.
Carlton lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Ritzik circles away quickly and effectively.
Carlton avoids the body shot from Ritzik.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
A bone on bone clash there as Carlton blocks the leg kick.
Carlton throwing a counter right hand but Ritzik manages to avoid it.
Carlton misses with a low kick as Ritzik jumps back.
Ritzik now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
Carlton scores with a nice strike.
Ritzik will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
As Ritzik looks to move away, Carlton throws a big counter combo bu Ritzik just gets out of the way.
Ritzik misses with a hook to the body
and Carlton counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Carlton scores with a crisp jab that stopped Ritzik in his tracks.
Ritzik throws a half hearted mid kick.

Carlton lands a left and a right that send Ritzik crashing to the mat, dazed. Carlton thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Ritzik throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Carlton seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.
Good standup being displayed there by Carlton as he connects with a hook.


Ritzik is rocked!


That has opened up Rupert Ritzik's cut even more.
Carlton is stalking Ritzik. Ritzik circles to his left. Keeps circling left. Bam! Straight right from Carlton, and it's lights out! Ritzik really payed the price for that rookie mistake.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:50 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Kyle Carlton!
