Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice takedown defense from Malicious. No joy for Darby on that attempt.
Darby keeps the fight on the outside.
Darby takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Malicious fails in his attempt to clinch.
Darby shoots in looking for a takedown. Malicious tries to sprawl out of it but Darby keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Malicious manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Malicious went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
Darby shoots in looking for a takedown but Malicious manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Darby's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Gore Malicious has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Miles Darby.

Darby tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Malicious defends well and Darby ends up having to push Malicious into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

Darby darts in looking for a takedown but Malicious gets double underhooks and turns Darby into the cage.
Darby shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Malicious sprawls well. Malicious wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Darby gets slowly back to his feet.

Malicious forces Darby back against the cage and clinches.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Malicious lands a nice uppercut.

Malicious breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Malicious tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Darby paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!

Darby shoots for a double leg takedown but Malicious sprawls well. He's pushed Darby's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Malicious and Darby are patiently standing in front of each other looking for an opening. Malicious throws a head kick. It's landed, knocking Darby into next week! Ooooh that was huge! Malicious knows it - he's on the cage flexing is biceps. That's a bit weird considering he won by kick but whatever.
