Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Andrew West (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jim THE HAMMER (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). West comes to the cage accompanied by Outlawz- Real Talk. Both fighters really staring eachother down here, as Jim THE HAMMER enters the cage!

The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, Chad Campbell and Alyssa Summers.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
West slips a jab and a cross from THE HAMMER.
West closes the distance and clinches up with THE HAMMER, looking for a takedown. West pushes THE HAMMER against the cage but THE HAMMER circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
THE HAMMER throws a right and a left that West avoids nicely.
West tries to close the distance and clinch but THE HAMMER swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
West throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by THE HAMMER.
A punch combination from THE HAMMER misses.
Jim THE HAMMER seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
THE HAMMER will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
West shoots in but THE HAMMER avoids the takedown attempt easily.

West shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in THE HAMMER's guard.
West controls from within his opponent's guard.
THE HAMMER is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.

West stands up from THE HAMMER's guard - West perhaps looking for a knockout.
THE HAMMER works over West's head and body with a nice combination.

It looks like Andrew West has been cut.

THE HAMMER misses with a few strikes there.
THE HAMMER throws a right hand that West ducks under and follows up with a left that West also avoids with ease.
THE HAMMER looks gassed!

West fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. THE HAMMER sprawls well initially but West persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
THE HAMMER is trying to defend against the ground and pound but West scores with a couple of nice shots.
West slows the pace down in half guard.
West passes the guard and advances to mount!
West is in the full mount, landing strikes.
West controlling the pace for now.
West's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

THE HAMMER is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.

THE HAMMER is trying to escape but when you're mounted that's not too easy.
THE HAMMER is trying to stand but he's not in a good position to be doing that! West has taken his back!

West is working for the choke. I would put my money on him to finish from this position. He's rolled onto his back and has dragged THE HAMMER with him. THE HAMMER is trying to defend but West has an arm under the chin now! THE HAMMER grimaces and is forced to tap out!
