The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Castillo fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Cavanagh throws a sloppy head kick and Castillo moves out of range easily.
Cavanagh connects with a body shot that sends Castillo's belly button to the back.
Castillo changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Cavanagh tries to avoid it but Castillo manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Cavanagh to the ground. Cavanagh escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Castillo takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
