Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Bennett scores with a takedown into Wakeke's guard.

Bennett stands up from Wakeke's guard - Bennett perhaps looking for a knockout.
Wakeke swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Wakeke misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Bennett wants to clinch.
Wakeke wants to land a leg kick but Bennett is out of range.

Bennett is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Bennett wants to clinch up but Wakeke keeps it at a distance.
Bennett shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Wakeke but Wakeke pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Wakeke throws a head kick that misses.
Bennett goes for a double leg but Wakeke avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Wakeke continues to drive forward.

Bennett turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Bennett manages to end up in side control.

You can see the frustration on Wakeke's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Bennett advances to full mount.
Wakeke is looking to improve his position but Bennett isn't that keen on the idea.
Bennett lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
Wakeke tries to reverse the position but Bennett maintains control.
Wakeke is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Bennett lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.

Bennett throws some shoulder strikes here and then postures up. Oh, he's gone for an armbar! Wakeke has his hands clasped together but Bennett breaks the hold and Wakeke is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over! That was lightning fast by Bennett!
