The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Anderson throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Indian was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.

Indian takes the fight into the clinch.
A knee to the head by Indian.

Indian breaks the clinch.

Indian has taken the fight to the clinch.

Indian breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Anderson gets caught napping as Indian dives in and scores a takedown. Anderson manages to retain guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Indian gets to his feet - Anderson follows without any prompting.

Indian moves into the clinch.
Anderson is trying to break the clinch but Indian has him pressed against the cage.

Indian has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Anderson clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
We've been hearing good reports from Indian's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Indian is working for the choke. He's slipped one arm under the chin. Anderson has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but Indian has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! Anderson taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. Indian doesn't care though - he's delighted!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Nisse Indian!
