Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Richard Clark and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Man avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Man takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Man has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Madson finds it's way round the side to connect with Man's head.
It looks like Chester Man has been cut.
Madson throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Man sees it coming and avoids it easily.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Man crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Madson - the referee stops the clock and Man gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Madson. Man manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Madson throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Madson throws an off balance right hand
and Man counters with a lovely straight right hand!
A big right from Madson misses.
Madson closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Man blocks a head kick by Madson.
A nice leg kick lands there from Madson.
Man catches Madson with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Madson swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Man.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Man takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Man lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Madson has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Madson and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Madson gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Chester Man is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Madson scores with a decent looking hook.
Madson connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Man momentarily.
Man fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Madson manages to avoid it.
Man cracks a nice hook into Madson's ribs.
Man blocks a leg kick.
Man closes the distance and clinches.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Madson.
Man lands a right hand.
Man slows down the pace here.
Both guys are working to get underhooks.
Man stalling in the clinch but Madson improves position.
Madson misses with a hook to the ribs.
Man prevents a body shot from Madson.

A nice glancing elbow lands by Man.
Madson throws a punch but it's blocked by Man.
Man is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Madson is keeping busy.
Madson can't find room to land a body shot as Man controls the action.
Man is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Madson.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Good anti-grappling being displayed by Madson as Man tries to tie him up.
A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.
Man is persisting with his attempts to control the action in the clinch, rather than do any real damage.
The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Chester Man.
Madson misses with a looping right.
Man appeared to try and counter that last move with a leg kick.
Man lands with a cross.
Man keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Man tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Man throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Madson blocks a jab.
Madson smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Madson stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Man moves out of range as Madson strikes.
Man with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Madson to score with a decent uppercut.
Man lands a jab.
Madson drops Man with a beautiful combination! Man stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Madson is looking for the KO!
Man is rocked!

Madson sees an opening and throws a straight punch right through Man's defenses. It connects perfectly with Man's jaw and knocks him out cold! Wow - that's a contender for knockout of the year - absolutely brutal!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:39 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Dusty Madson!

After the fight, Dusty Madson was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
