The judges for this bout are Sandra Marshall, Michael Johnstone and Peter Branson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rockhard closes the distance and clinches up with Bones, looking for a takedown. Rockhard pushes Bones against the cage but Bones circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Bones changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.
Rockhard fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Rockhard drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Rockhard trying to control the action but Bones is working from the bottom.
Bones is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Rockhard off and has taken his back!

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Bones escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Rockhard gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Bones has his foot on Rockhard's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Rockhard works his way back into a safe position though.
Rockhard slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Rockhard is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Bones looks calm but he's in trouble here. Rockhard gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Bones is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Rockhard lets go of the hold and Bones can pop his arm back in it's socket.

Richard Rockhard tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
In defeat, Bobby Bones stepped up to the mic, saying 'Congratulations to my opponent. He fought really well today'.
