The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nevar throws a head kick but Francis moves out of range.
Nevar throws an overhand right that lands on Francis's shoulder, as Francis tries to avoid the shot.
Nevar misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Nevar gets the takedown into side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Francis is looking for a sweep.

Nevar advances nicely into full mount.
Nevar fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
A big strike lands for Nevar! That's really hurt Francis and he's turned his back - Nevar keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Nevar Jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!
