Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between War Machine (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Axe Killer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Killer is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Mouth for war. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Machine looks to land a combination but Killer avoids it well.
Machine throws a nice looking combination but Killer bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Machine throws a big shot that misses.
Killer looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Machine misses with a body shot.
Machine takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Machine tests Killer's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Machine rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Killer counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Machine thinking.
A nice combination there by Machine.

It looks like Axe Killer has been cut.
Machine takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Machine throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
The crowd cheers as Killer lands an impressive looking overhand right. Machine doesn't seem phased though.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Killer ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Machine moves away.

Machine misses with a series of wild punches.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Machine struggles to land a body shot inside as Killer controls his hands.
Machine wants a takedown but no success here.
Machine avoiding damage as Killer throws knees to the body.

Machine is breathing heavily.

Killer tries to work over Machine's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.

Killer can't find room to land a body shot as Machine controls the action.
A nice left hand lands by Killer.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Machine tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Killer's elbow.
Killer lands with a short head shot on the inside.

Machine's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Machine fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Killer, pushing him back against the cage.
Killer tries to land knees in the clinch but Machine avoids the damage to the body.

Machine breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Machine throws a leg kick that is checked
enabling Killer to counter with a crisp jab.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Axe Killer dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Axe Killer's cut.
That's time! Back to the action!

Machine shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Machine was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Machine moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now.

Machine is working to tighten his grip on Killer's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Killer has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Machine is really squeezing tight and eventually Killer passes out! Machine breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:39 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Arm Triangle). War Machine!
Axe Killer was interviewed post fight and said 'I blame the crowd'.
