The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
King is looking to clinch but Lindeman is avoiding it.
King takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.

It looks like Alex King has been cut.
King doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Lindeman counters with a straight right hand.
Lindeman uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before King has time to react.
King tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Lindeman is looking to counter punch.
King thows a leg kick but Lindeman checks it
and Lindeman counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
King closes this distance looking for a takedown but Lindeman circles away.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Lindeman displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from King.
It looked like Lindeman wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Thimo Lindeman has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Alex King.

Lindeman lunges in with a left hook that violently twists King head around and knocks him out cold! Lindeman hops onto the cage and yells out at the top of his lungs - Yeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaah! They're showing the replay on the big screens now; that was nasty! I hope one of the photographers got a good shot of it.
