Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Amaury Battatta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chucky Reyes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Amaury Battatta!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Chucky Reyes!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Cesar, Alexandre Firmino and Felipe Paraventi.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Battatta throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Reyes shoots in for a double leg but Battatta sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Reyes fails with a takedown attempt.
Battatta avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Battatta fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Reyes manages to avoid it.
Battatta misses with a body shot.
Battatta throws a body punch but Reyes moves out of range.

Reyes shoots in for a takedown and gets it.

Battatta manages to escape and get back to his feet!

Reyes moves in looking to clinch but Battatta pushes him off.
Reyes scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Amaury Battatta.
I think Reyes has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
