Holyfield avoids the body shot from Sasi.
Sasi takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Sasi takes a swing at Holyfield's ribcage but misses.
As Sasi looks to move away, Holyfield throws a big counter combo bu Sasi just gets out of the way.
Holyfield throws a series of strikes that have Sasi backpedaling.

Holyfield clips Sasi with a right and a left that makes him do the chicken dance for a couple of seconds. He touched his left hand down on the canvas so the referee steps between the fighters to give Sasi a standing 8 count before we can continue the bout.

Holyfield ducks down and throws a big overhand right - it lands flush on the jaw, knocking Sasi out cold! The fight is over!
