Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Mr Complete (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pietr Kandinsky (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Mr Complete!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Pietr Kandinsky!
The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, Steve Montenegro and John Kavanagh.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kandinsky is looking to clinch but Complete is avoiding it.
Complete misses with a wild body shot.
Kandinsky will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
It looked like Complete wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Kandinsky wants to clinch up but Complete keeps it at a distance.
Kandinsky blocks a head kick by Complete.
Jab, jab by Kandinsky - just one landing.
Kandinsky is looking to clinch but Complete is avoiding it.

Kandinsky clinches up against the cage.
The referee calls for Kandinsky to work.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Kandinsky.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Complete is trying to drag Kandinsky to the mat but Kandinsky just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Kandinsky misses with a hook from the clinch.

Kandinsky tries to work over Complete's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
I was talking to Complete's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.

Kandinsky is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Complete can't fight it off and eventually Kandinsky manages to take the fight to the floor. Complete looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Complete is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.

Complete is squirming around, avoiding Kandinsky's attempts to control the action.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Complete regains half guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Complete tries to get to full guard but Kandinsky has control of the leg.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

and Complete counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Complete loads up on a big right hand but Kandinsky slips the punch.
Complete swats away the attempt to clinch by Kandinsky.
Kandinsky just manages to avoid a counter high kick fromComplete.

Kandinsky defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Complete.

Complete tries to control the position but he's not in luck - Kandinsky easily slips into full mount!

Kandinsky is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Complete can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Kandinsky has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Complete is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Kandinsky can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Complete is looking to escape.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Complete is trying to escape the mount.
Kandinsky tries to control but Complete wriggling away.
Complete is looking to improve his position but Kandinsky isn't that keen on the idea.

Pietr Kandinsky showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

Complete changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Kandinsky fights it off and pushes away nicely.

Kandinsky is looking to clinch but Complete is avoiding it.
Kandinsky tries to close the distance and clinch but Complete swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Complete goes for a takedown attempt but Kandinsky pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
The fight stays on the outside here - Kandinsky looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Mr Complete has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

Pietr Kandinsky comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Kandinsky has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
