Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Shredward Van Walen!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Black Death!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Death doesn't manage to clinch there - Van Walen circles away.
Van Walen cracks a nice hook into Death's ribs.
Van Walen comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Death moves out of range of the body kick from Van Walen.

Death gets tackled into the cage by Van Walen. Van Walen maintains the clinch.
Death wants to break the clinch but can't.
A short right from Van Walen on the inside.
Death wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Death pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Van Walen throws a body punch but Death moves out of range.
Van Walen digs a good body shot into Death's ribs.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Van Walen tries to clinch there but Death circles away.
Van Walen throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
A punch lands to the side of Death 's head but he takes it in his stride.
That kick from Van Walen tenderised Death's leg. Death is trying to keep his angry face on.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Van Walen lands a head kick that bluckles Death and drops him to the canvas. He's still conscious but it looks like it's going to take him the full 10 seconds to get back his senses! He's up on 9 and seems to be just about OK to continue.... the referee agrees and we're back to the action with Van Walen no doubt looking to push for a finish!

It looks like Black Death has been cut.

Van Walen turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Van Walen swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Death.

Death is rocked!
Van Walen connects with a picture perfect right hand that knocks Death out cold! This one is over in a flash!
