Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Manuel Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Saint Matthias (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Matheus Silva, Emerson Jorge and Paulo Santos.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Matthias moves in looking to clinch but Silva pushes him off.
A head kick misses from Matthias.
Manuel Silva seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Silva scores with a shot to the body.
Silva circles away from the clinch attempt
and Silva counters with a nice body shot.
Silva rushes Matthias and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Silva lands a shot to the body.
Matthias is looking to break free of the clinch but Silva has double underhooks.
A right hook to the body lands for Silva.
Silva lands a damaging elbow.
Silva presses Matthias against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Matthias is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Silva gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Matthias regains guard.
Matthias is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Silva is aware though and is defending well.
Matthias really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Silva. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Matthias is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Matthias takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head.
