The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brock keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Crowe.
A bone on bone clash there as Crowe blocks the leg kick.
Crowe swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Brock takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Brock throws a series of punches but Crowe moves out of range.
We've been told by Brock's head coaches at School Of Hard Knocks that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
A slapping leg kick lands for Brock.
Crowe takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
Crowe tries to move into range but Brock moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Brock moves out of range as Crowe strikes.
Crowe lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Crowe.

It looks like Eddie Brock has been cut.
Brock connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Crowe momentarily.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Crowe on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

Crowe is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Crowe fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Eddie Brock seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Crowe's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.
Brock ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Crowe throws a good cross that connects.
Crowe connects with a nice looking jab.

Brock is rocked!
Brock throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

Crowe feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Brock sprawling to the canvas! Brock rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Crowe finish him?!
Oh Brock is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Crowe misses with a hook. Brock ducked under it nicely.
Crowe lands a brutal uppercut that launches Brock off his feet! Brock tumbles to the floor, barely conscious - the referee jumps in to save him from a beating! Wow, what an ending!
