And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Konstantin Menshow and Vladimir Khabensky.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chekov misses with a takedown
and Zecic counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Chekov falls off balance throwing a combination
and Zecic counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

It looks like Vladmir Chekov has been cut.
Chekov really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Chekov moves out of range as Zecic strikes.
Chekov shoots for a double leg takedown but Zecic sprawls well. He's pushed Chekov's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Zecic looks like he wants to counter punch here.
Chekov dodges the punch combination from Zecic.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Zecic blocks a head kick by Chekov.
As Chekov backs off Zecic throws a huge counter combo but Chekov manages to avoid it all.

The fight moves into the clinch position.

Chekov manages to pull guard.

Chekov pushes Zecic off and gets back to his feet.
Zecic scores with a crisp jab that stopped Chekov in his tracks.
Chekov on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Chekov darts in trying to clinch
and Zecic counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Zecic feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Chekov sprawling to the canvas! Chekov rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Zecic finish him?!

Chekov is rocked!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Chekov tries for a takedown but Zecic circles away easily
and Zecic counters with a monster hook and another for good measure! Chekov falls to the ground, out cold! Stick some heavy metal music over the top of that clip and it's one for the highlight makers!
