Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Quincy Stephenson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mateo Collins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Collins is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Linkin Park-Line in the Sand. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Collins tries to keep at a distance but Stephenson has taken the fight into the clinch.
Collins is working for takedown but Stephenson is calmly controlling the position for now.
Collins jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Stephenson walks away with a smile on his face. Collins gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Stephenson bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Collins wants to control but Stephenson postures up.
Stephenson has control of an arm but Collins manages to advance to Stephenson's back!
Stephenson can't escape the position.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Stephenson is in a bad position, trying to hold on for dear life but he is really struggling to maintain any sort of control.
Collins misses with a punch to the head.

Stephenson might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Mateo Collins decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
