Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ezequiel Calderon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jicker Larndorf (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Calderon might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to "One Rhythm (Da Yard Riddim Mix)" by Debi Nova. Ezequiel Calderon has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Calderon throws a sloppy head kick and Larndorf moves out of range easily.
Larndorf throws out a counter right but Calderon avoids it with no problem.
Calderon throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Larndorf looks like he wants to counter punch here.
Calderon uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Larndorf.
Calderon throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Larndorf is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Calderon with a body shot.

Calderon could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Larndorf lands a hook that snaps the head of Calderon backwards.

Calderon is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Larndorf dips a shoulder and cracks Calderon with a mighty uppercut! Calderon falls back against the cage and Larndorf unloads with a barrage of strikes! Calderon is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Larndorf screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!

Jicker Larndorf spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
