The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Yves DeLean and Gregory Folan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Anderson lands with a shot to the body.
Anderson leaves Takasugi with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Takasugi shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Anderson's guard.

Takasugi throws a big elbow that misses.
Takasugi wants to control from the top but Anderson keeps moving.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Anderson lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.
Takasugi looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Anderson is defending well. Takasugi quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Anderson has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Takasugi celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
