PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Sinjin Mouser (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Billy Whitewash (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Whitewash has chosen New Divide as his entrance music. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Billy Whitewash!
The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Vladimir Khabensky and Konstantin Menshow.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mouser fails with the takedown.
Mouser shoots for a takedown but Whitewash saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Whitewash closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Whitewash lands in his opponent's guard.
Whitewash should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Mouser has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.

Whitewash drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Mouser manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Whitewash has Mouser in his guard.

Whitewash is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Mouser wants to control from the top but Whitewash keeps moving.

You can see the frustration on Mouser's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

Whitewash scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Mouser to see if he's OK.

Mouser gets caught flat footed, as Whitewash shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

Whitewash thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Mouser has Whitewash pulled in close to control his posture.
Whitewash postures up.

Whitewash drops back looking for a leg! Mouser is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Mouser manages to kick Whitewash off! Whitewash jumps back into Mouser's guard.

Mouser has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Whitewash can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Mouser can't keep his opponent in guard - Whitewash advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Mouser wants to improve his position but Whitewash is controlling well.
Mouser is trying to control but can't.
Whitewash stops Mouser from getting back to his feet.
Whitewash is nestled in close to Mouser, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Whitewash connects with a nice short shot to Mouser's temple.
Whitewash stops Mouser from getting back to his feet.

Whitewash seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Mouser is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
