Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between John Brady (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lee Ho (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Brady might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Metallica - Enter Sandman. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, John Brady!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Lee Ho!
The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, Anthony Taglia and Russell Pearce.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ho tries a low kick but Brady avoids it.
Ho is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Brady.


It looks like Lee Ho has been cut.
Brady takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Ho walks into a stiff left hand from Brady.
John Brady seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Brady shoots in for a double leg but Ho sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Brady wants to clinch.
It seemed like Ho was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Brady swings for the body but Ho moves out of range.
Brady moves to clinch but Ho breaks away
and Ho cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Brady tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Ho paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Brady takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Ho feints and then cracks Brady's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Brady down.
Ho scores with a punch to the head.
Brady is looking to clinch but Ho is avoiding it.
Brady tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Brady throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Brady blocks a head kick by Ho.
Brady appeared to be looking to counter that last move with a leg kick.

Ho is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Brady's half guard.
Ho missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Nice strikes from Ho there.
Brady is not content to let Ho control the position.
Ho working over Brady with some ground and pound. Brady looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.
Both fighters have adopted an aggressive gameplan on the ground!
Brady makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Brady.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Ho tries to free his leg and advance position but Brady is retaining full guard.
Brady doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.

Brady is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Ho is aware though and is defending well.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Ho's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
Ho connects with a couple of short punches.

Brady is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Ho lands a couple of decent looking shots.
Brady bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Ho's guard.

Brady works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Brady tries to stand but can't do so whilst Ho controls his leg.
Brady trying to control from half guard but Ho is working away.
Ho controlling the position well.
Ho is trying to get back to full guard.
Ho felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Ho is not content to let Brady control the position.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Ho is looking to get back to full guard here but Brady has managed to pass to side control instead.
You can see the frustration on Ho's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

Brady thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Ho looking for a sweep but Brady has passed into full mount! Oh no!
Ho gets back to half guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Lee Ho dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Lee Ho's cut.
Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!


Ho displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Brady throws out the jab.
A countering left hand to the body from Ho misses.
A low kick from Ho misses
and Brady counters with a one-two to the body.
Brady rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Ho counters with a nice uppercut.
Brady will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Ho looks like he wants to counter punch here.
Ho ducks under a wild hook from Brady.
Brady wants to clinch up but Ho keeps it at a distance.
Brady misses with a body shot
and Ho counters with a body kick that stops Brady in his tracks momentarily.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Brady is looking to clinch.
Brady doesn't manage to clinch there - Ho circles away.
Ho swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Ho lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Brady's jab looks to have found its range, popping Ho under the eye.

That's one minute gone in the round.
A telegraphed right hand from Brady misses the target.
Brady tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Ho paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Ho clobbers Brady with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Brady tries to clinch
enabling Ho to counter with a crisp jab.
Ho has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Ho defending well as Brady loads up on a big left hand.
Brady throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Brady tries to move into range but Ho moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Ho wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

Ho drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.

Brady escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Ho gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Brady looking for a sweep. Not yet Brady, not yet.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Ho content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Ho wants to control from the top but Brady keeps moving.
Ho gets to his feet and stands over Brady, holding his ankles. He dives in with a big left hand that connects! Brady felt that one! Ho unloads more punches and elbows and this one is over! The ref has dived in to save Brady from any more punishment!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:41 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Lee Ho!
