Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Stoyak Stoyachnikov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joe Rogan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Stoyak Stoyachnikov has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stoyachnikov throws a shot from downtown. Rogan moves away and avoids it.
Stoyachnikov looks to land a left hand but Rogan moved out of range nicely.

Stoyachnikov throws a hook to the side of Rogan's head but Rogan sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Rogan thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Stoyachnikov if he has to take too many more of those.
The crowd cheers as Stoyachnikov lands an impressive looking overhand right. Rogan doesn't seem phased though.
Rogan fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Stoyachnikov.
Rogan takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

Rogan bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Stoyachnikov parries the strikes from Rogan easily there. Rogan is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Stoyachnikov to escape.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Rogan is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Stoyachnikov will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.
Stoyachnikov is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Rogan is controlling him well.
In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Rogan working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Stoyachnikov crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Rogan - the referee stops the clock and Stoyachnikov gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Rogan. Stoyachnikov manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Rogan thuds his right hand into Stoyachnikov's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.

Rogan's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Stoyachnikov connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Rogan scrambles back to his feet.

A slapping body kick lands there for Rogan.

Stoyachnikov cracks Rogan with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Rogan looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Stoyachnikov finish him?

Rogan is rocked!
Stoyachnikov finds Rogan's off switch, with a big overhand right that connects perfectly to the side of the head! Rogan flops back against the ropes, eyes gazing into the distance. Stoyachnikov lands an unnecessary shot before the referee has time to step in and end the fight. Brutal stuff but I'm sure Rogan will be OK.
