Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Ogg Nogg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Travis Zangief (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nogg's entrance music is Pantera : 5 Minutes Alone. A fine choice. Zangief has chosen We Own It as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zangief throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped

and Nogg counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.

Nogg stands up and beckons Zangief to join him on the feet.

Nogg closes the distance and clinches.
Zangief working aggressively here.
Zangief tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Zangief fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Nogg wants to get back to striking at distance but Zangief won't allow it.
Nogg is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Zangief loads up on a big right hand but Nogg slips the punch.

Nogg throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Nogg has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Weed Nation in the buildup to the fight.

Nogg shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Zangief pinned against the cage. Zangief gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Nogg goes for a double leg but Zangief avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Zangief continues to drive forward.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ogg Nogg. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Nogg decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Zangief is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Nogg content to control rather than advance.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Zangief is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

A close round but Travis Zangief will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Nogg is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Nogg lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Zangief circles away quickly and effectively.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Zangief, right into the meat.
Zangief feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Nogg's calf.

Travis Zangief seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Zangief throws a lazy right hand but Nogg sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

As Zangief looks to move away, Nogg throws a big counter combo bu Zangief just gets out of the way.
Nogg takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Travis Zangief is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Nogg gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Nogg takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Zangief throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Nogg takes one to the side of the head.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Zangief tries a head kick but it misses.
Nogg throws a big counter combination but Zangief scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.
Oh Nogg is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Zangief tries to land a front kick but Nogg steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Nogg scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Nogg gets hit by the mother of all head kicks and drops to the canvas in a crumpled heap! Woooow, the Internet is going to be talking about this one for weeks!
