Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between John Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ari Gold (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lee's entrance music is Kung Fu Fighting. A fine choice. Ari Gold has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Ari Gold!
The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Shirou Masuda and Yasuomi Hirokawa.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gold throws a nice looking combination but Lee bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
A head kick misses from Gold.
Gold throws a series of punches but Lee moves out of range.
Gold throws a right hand that Lee ducks under and follows up with a left that Lee also avoids with ease.
Gold throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Lee shoots in for a takedown but Gold shows good takedown defense.

Lee gets a takedown into half guard.

Lee is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Gold is trying to stand up here but Lee is controlling him well.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

Lee is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Gold is just riding it out for now. Lee eventually gives up the hold.
Gold wants to get back to his feet.

Lee is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.

Lee is trying to work for a kimura but Gold is defending well.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Gold pushes Lee off looking to stand but Lee dives back in and keeps control.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Lee shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Gold as he avoids it easily.
A telegraphed right hand from Gold misses the target.
Ari Gold seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Gold scores with a push kick.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Lee is breathing heavily.

A big head kick from Gold and Lee is sent sprawling to the canvas!

Lee is rocked!

It looks like John Lee has been cut.
Lee really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Gold stands up from Lee's guard - Gold perhaps looking for a knockout.
Lee showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Gold.
Gold jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Oh Lee is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Gold fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Lee seems to have got his legs back now.
Lee takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
No joy there for Gold, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Gold feints a jab and as Lee dips his head, Gold unleashes a brutal head kick that catches Lee right on the jaw! Timbeeer! Lee falls backwards in slow motion, only propped up by the ropes! Gold smiles a psychotic smile as he stares down his unconscious opponent. That is a scary man.
