Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Mohamed Acevedo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tomas Rolinc (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tomas Rolinc has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Illya Tyunina, Aleksei Zolotukhin and Igor Prikhodko.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Rolinc moves into the clinch successfully.

Acevedo escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Rolinc gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Acevedo controls Rolinc momentarily but Rolinc frees himself.

Rolinc gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.

Rolinc closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Acevedo is looking to control Rolinc's arms but Rolinc gets an underhook and turns him. Now Acevedo has his back to the cage.

Acevedo gets control of Rolinc's arms and successfully pulls guard. Acevedo will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
Rolinc is stalling in the full guard.
Rolinc would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

Acevedo throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.

Rolinc fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Acevedo sprawls well initially but Rolinc persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Rolinc has Acevedo pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Rolinc pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Acevedo tumbling to the mat - Rolinc dives into Acevedo's guard.

Well Rolinc has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
