Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tacito Abrantes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Minh Pham (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Abrantes comes into the arena with Compay Segundo - Guantanamera blaring out of the sound system. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Abrantes throws a series of punches but Pham avoids them all with ease.
Pham closes the distance and clinches up with Abrantes, looking for a takedown. Pham pushes Abrantes against the cage but Abrantes circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Abrantes comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Abrantes lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Pham at a distance.
Abrantes scores with a nice right hand.
Pham will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Abrantes defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Pham.
Tacito Abrantes has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Minh Pham.

Abrantes cracks Pham with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Abrantes has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Pham to stand back up!

It looks like Minh Pham has been cut.
Minh Pham seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Pham looks winded!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Abrantes stuffs the takedown attempt from Pham. Pham gets slowly back to his feet.
Abrantes cracks Pham on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Pham falls backwards against the cage. Abrantes follows up with more strikes that drop Pham to his knees. Abrantes keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Pham! This one is all over!

A less than humble Tacito Abrantes misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
