Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Cub Swanson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Luke Magamedov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Horrible takedown attempt by Swanson or perhaps it was just good defense by Magamedov, which made it look bad.
Magamedov throws a fast counter high kick but Swanson manages to duck under it in time.

Swanson moves into range and clinches up with Magamedov.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Swanson takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Magamedov jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Swanson walks away with a smile on his face. Magamedov gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Magamedov cracks Swanson with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Swanson scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Magamedov doesn't seem bothered though.

and Swanson counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Magamedov is lucky that one didn't land flush.

Magamedov is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

Magamedov tries to close the distance and clinch up but Swanson swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Magamedov rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Swanson moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
