Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Tom Sayers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Victor Estima (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Tom Sayers!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Victor Estima!
The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, William Gold and Richard Clark.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Estima slips a jab and a cross from Sayers.
Tom Sayers seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Estima changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Sayers tries to avoid it but Estima manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Sayers to the ground. Sayers escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Estima shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Sayers as he avoids it easily.
Sayers moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Estima slips a jab and a cross from Sayers.
And Estima tries to counter it with a takedown but Sayers pushes his down on his head and steps out.
No joy there for Sayers, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Estima changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.
Sayers throws a nice looking combination but Estima bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Sayers looks to land a combination. Estima sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.

Estima shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Sayers wants to get back to his feet.

Estima seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Sayers is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
