Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Razor Joaquin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ricky Steamboat (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Joaquin kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Bola estica-CTS & Meritocrata . Steamboat has chosen Lorde - Tennis Court as his entrance music. Razor Joaquin had a look across the ring there at his opponent. He definitely means business

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Steamboat shoots in and drives through. Joaquin sprawls well.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Steamboat working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.

We've been hearing good reports from Joaquin's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.
