3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Seth Petruzinni! The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, Hugh Johnson and Damien Edna.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Petruzinni is looking to land body kicks. Sanchez closes the distance and clinches up with Petruzinni, looking for a takedown. Sanchez pushes Petruzinni against the cage but Petruzinni circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Sanchez shoots in for a takedown but Petruzinni shows good takedown defense. That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Petruzinni keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Petruzinni connects with a looping right hand.

Sanchez slips a straight right by Petruzinni. Petruzinni looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it. Sanchez scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Sanchez has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Sanchez throws a strike aimed at the side of Petruzinni's head but Petruzinni avoids it well.

Petruzinni seems comfortable defending it but Sanchez has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Petruzinni is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Petruzinni is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Sanchez couldn't care less - he's delighted!
