Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tony Martin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Caesar Baker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Martin's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Lost Again. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The judges for this bout are Vladimir Khabensky, Aleksei Zolotukhin and Ivan Kurochkin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Baker connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.


It looks like Tony Martin has been cut.

Martin shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Baker pinned against the cage. Baker gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Martin drops back, looking for a kneebar! Baker looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Baker looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Baker!

Baker really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Martin. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Baker has decided to stand back up but his arm is trapped. Whilst he's worrying about his arm, Martin works to full guard.

That was a close round but I would say that Tony Martin will probably get the nod.

Baker misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Martin lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.


It looks like Caesar Baker has been cut.
Baker moves away from the strike by Martin.
Baker stuns Martin with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Martin darts in looking for a takedown but Baker gets double underhooks and turns Martin into the cage.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tony Martin. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Baker tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Martin paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Martin loads up on a big right hand but Baker slips the punch.
Baker has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Baker swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Martin shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Baker as he jumps to the side.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Caesar Baker showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Baker stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

Martin shoots in looking for a takedown. Baker tries to sprawl out of it but Martin keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Baker manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Baker swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.

Baker moves into the clinch.
Baker misses with a knee to the head.

Baker manages to break the clinch.

Baker lands a big right hand that sends Martin crashing to the mat! Baker stays standing though and waves Martin back to his feet!


Martin is rocked!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
No luck for Martin with that takedown attempt.
Oh Martin is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Baker circles away before darting back in with a big straight right hand. It connects beautifully and sends Martin tumbling to the canvas! He's out cold! Baker wins by KO!
