Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Kasey Guerrero (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Eriksen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, Winston Howard and Ben Watson.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Eriksen looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Guerrero is fending him off so far but Eriksen persists. Nope, Guerrero circles away and we're back to standing.

Eriksen has managed to clinch.
Guerrero avoiding damage as Eriksen throws knees to the body.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Eriksen takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.
Eriksen lands a hook that snaps the head of Guerrero backwards.
Guerrero drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Eriksen gets the underhooks and prevents it.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
A bit of stalling here from Guerrero.
Guerrero really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Guerrero tries for a takedown but Eriksen manages to get underhooks.

Guerrero has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Eriksen uses from the top position.
Guerrero tries to strike from the bottom.
Guerrero is pulling down on Eriksen's head to control his posture.
Eriksen would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Guerrero looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Eriksen has picked Guerrero up and slammed him! Guerrero can't keep hold of the triangle and Eriksen manages to pass to side control!
Eriksen wants to stand but Guerrero is controlling his arm.
Guerrero tries to control the position but he's not in luck - Eriksen easily slips into full mount!
Guerrero tries to control Eriksen's body but Eriksen pushes him off. Guerrero squirms to his side and now Eriksen has his back!

John Eriksen opened up his post fight interview with a scream to camera that he wants a title shot! Whether he deserves the shot will be up to the management of the organization, so I guess he'll have to wait and see.
