Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Domenic Calderon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shaun McTared (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). McTared has chosen Llama song as his entrance music. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Calderon takes the fight into the clinch.

McTared breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

McTared drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Calderon preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.

Calderon closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Calderon seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

McTared manages to create a bit of space in order to work his way back to his feet. Calderon keeps hold of his opponent and drives him back against the cage.
A frustrated look appears on Calderon's face as he tries to break the clinch.
McTared is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.

Calderon is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. McTared can't fight it off and eventually Calderon manages to take the fight to the floor. McTared looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Calderon has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

The fighters are working up against the cage. McTared manages to wriggle his way back to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched against the cage.

McTared breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

McTared dives in for a single leg takedown but Calderon sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
A combination from Calderon does no damage.
Calderon misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
McTared keeps the fight on the outside.
McTared tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Calderon defends well and McTared ends up having to push Calderon into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

Calderon is working McTared over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.

McTared manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Calderon manages to get himself to full guard.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
McTared wants to stand but Calderon has a closed guard, so he can't escape.

McTared dives in for a single leg takedown but Calderon sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
As McTared looks to move away, Calderon throws a big counter combo bu McTared just gets out of the way.
McTared tries to clinch up.
Calderon shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says McTared as he avoids it easily.

I would just about give that final round to Shaun McTared.
