Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Jarrod Holmes!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Lee Coleman!
The judges for this bout are Igor Prikhodko, Dmitry Maklakov and Vladimir Khabensky.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Holmes fails miserably with a takedown attempt.

Coleman drives through and clinches with Holmes against the cage.

Coleman manages to break the clinch.

Holmes shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Holmes was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Holmes has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
Coleman fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Holmes avoids it really well and circles away.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Horrible takedown attempt by Coleman or perhaps it was just good defense by Holmes, which made it look bad.
Holmes appears to be looking for a counter takedown.

Holmes drives through with a takedown into Coleman's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.

Holmes goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Coleman has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Holmes but great work by Coleman.

Coleman wants to take a breather but Holmes is having none of it.
Holmes wants to improve his position but Coleman is controlling well.
Coleman seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Holmes does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

Holmes leaves Coleman with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Coleman ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Coleman no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Holmes shoots for a double leg takedown but Coleman sprawls well. He's pushed Holmes's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

I would just about give that final round to Lee Coleman.
I think Coleman has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
