Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between JM Shock (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tong Xiaojian (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Alexandre Firmino, Edson Gomes and Matheus Silva.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Xiaojian has closed the distance and engaged Shock in a clinch.
Shock lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Shock tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Xiaojian blocks a couple of punches on the inside.

Xiaojian lands a body shot in the clinch.
Shock throws a punch but it's blocked by Xiaojian.
Shock using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Xiaojian has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Xiaojian blocks the elbow strike.
Shock misses with some punches.
Xiaojian lands with a left to the head.
Shock with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Shock really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Xiaojian lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Shock.
With the two fighters working up against the cage, Shock just misses with a elbow thrown towards Xiaojian's brow.

Xiaojian scores with a nice hook to the head.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Xiaojian makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Xiaojian digs a right hand underneath Shock's ribcage. Shock let out a lung full of air as it connected.
Shock is breathing heavily.
Shock swings wildly with an uppercut but Xiaojian uses good head movement to avoid it.

Shock tries to land a knee to the head but Xiaojian blocks with his arms.
Shock working aggressively here.
Xiaojian avoids the elbow strike from Shock, against the cage.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Xiaojian lands a shoulder strike.
Shock misses with some punches.
Xiaojian blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Xiaojian lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.

Shock is rocked!

Oh Shock is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Shock fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Xiaojian lands a nice uppercut.
Xiaojian creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Shock with a big uppercut! Shock tries to clinch up but Xiaojian pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Shock to the mat! Shock covers up and Xiaojian unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
