Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Noah King (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Frank Hammer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Noah King !
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Frank Hammer!
The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, Russell Pearce and Jonathan Paton.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hammer displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from King .
Hammer connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
King takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Hammer misses with a body shot.
King is looking to counter the offense by Hammer and move into the clinch.
King tries to clinch but Hammer moves out of range.
King walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Hammer fakes high and swings low for a body shot but King manages to avoid it.

Hammer gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Hammer lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Hammer works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
Hammer lands a hook to the side of the head.
Hammer throws a head punch that misses.
King drops down looking for an ankle pick but Hammer pulls his leg out and moves away.
Horrible takedown attempt by King or perhaps it was just good defense by Hammer, which made it look bad.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Noah King . That's going to take a lot out of him.

Hammer on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.

King drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.

King gets to his feet. Hammer looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
Hammer just misses with a punch to the body.
King shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Hammer but Hammer pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Hammer leaves King with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Hammer is clearly trying to counter these attacks from King with a body shot.
King is breathing heavily.
Hammer displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from King .
A telegraphed right hand from Hammer misses the target.

Hammer closes the distance and clinches.
Hammer is pressed up against the cage. King has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Hammer down to the mat. Hammer avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Hammer has King up against the cage in a clinch.
Hammer working some nice short punches in the clinch.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Hammer working aggressively here.
King jumps guard but Hammer stands there with King around his waist. King gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Hammer gets through King 's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Hammer lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt King or not.
Hammer effectively controlling the action here.
Hammer throws a punch but it's blocked by King .
A left hand lands to the body for Hammer.
Hammer goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Hammer lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of King backwards.
King blocking some punches.
King tries to score a body lock takedown but Hammer shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Hammer lands a hook to the side of the head.

Hammer lands with a light punch inside.
Hammer scores with a nice hook to the head.
Hammer lands with a light punch inside.
Hammer tries to throw a body punch but King avoids it by throwing Hammer back against the cage.
Hammer lands a body punch in the clinch.
Hammer lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.


King is rocked!
Hammer tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Oh King is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Hammer misses with a short punch on the inside.
King blocks a punch to the side of the head.
King seems to have got his legs back now.
Hammer makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
King drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Hammer gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Hammer misses with a hook to the ribs.
Hammer lands a shoulder strike.
Hammer is leaning against King and scores with a nice uppercut to the body.
Hammer dips a shoulder and cracks King with a mighty uppercut! King falls back against the cage and Hammer unloads with a barrage of strikes! King is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Hammer screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Frank Hammer!
