The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ysengrin throws a jab but it's blocked by Gracie.
Gracie swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.
Ysengrin throws a sloppy head kick and Gracie moves out of range easily.
Ysengrin tries to move into range but Gracie moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Gracie throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Gracie bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Ysengrin stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Ysengrin throws a body punch but Gracie moves out of range.
Ysengrin throws a push kick but Gracie slaps the foot to one side.
Ysengrin misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Gracie is looking to counter with a shot to the body.
Gracie goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Artur Ysengrin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Ysengrin tries to score with a low kick but Gracie moves his leg out of the way.

Gracie lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.

Gracie shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Ysengrin is trying to defend but Gracie finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Gracie is pressing down on Ysengrin's thigh, looking to free his foot. Ysengrin is holding on for now.

Gracie postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Ysengrin badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Gracie around the waist but Gracie pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Gracie is the winner by TKO! Gracie jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"
