PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Randy Mercer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike Tatti (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys are coming into the fight with injuries so let's see if that has a bearing on the fight. Mike Tatti told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mercer shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Tatti as he jumps to the side.
Mercer is breathing heavily.

Mercer shoots in looking for a takedown. Tatti tries to sprawl out of it but Mercer keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Tatti manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Mercer appears to be looking for a counter takedown.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

I would just about give that final round to Mike Tatti.
